Identification of semiochemical candidates involved in Glossina palpalis gambiensis larviposition site selection and behavioural responses of adult gravid females

Behavioural bioassays data and script for statistical analyses related to the paper entitled "Identification of semiochemical candidates involved in glossina palpalis gambiensis larviposition site selection and behavioural responses of adult gravid females". This study aims to identify chemicals emitted during the pupariation process in Glossina palpalis gambiensis and test for their behavioural activity and attractiveness on gravid females. These data have been obtained at the CIRDES insectary between June 2017 and November 2018.
