Benchmark: Incidence and resources dataset for a scheduling/allocation problem (roadside breakdown cover)

This dataset contains all necessary information to run a resource allocation problem: historical incidences with their timestamp and exact location and the resources with their cost, current location and availability.
Data was provided by the client and processed by Accenture.
Data was processed by filtering the relevant data by location and date, and cleansed by renaming columns and removing obsolete resources and out-of-scope incidences (only mechanical incidences are considered).
