Mycoplasma pneumoniae wgMLST schema

This dataset includes the data for the creation of a whole-genome multilocus sequence typing (wgMLST) schema for Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The list of RefSeq accession numbers and the FASTA files for the genome assemblies are included in the "NCBI_assemblies.zip" archive. The "wgMLST_schema.zip" archive includes the wgMLST schema. The genome assemblies were used to create a schema seed with chewBBACA's CreateSchema module. The schema seed, composed of 692 loci, was populated with the alleles found in the genomes used for schema seed creation through allele calling with chewBBACA's AlleleCall module. The final schema is composed of 692 loci and 2336 alleles.
