Trust in Bureaucracy , Expectation and Intention to Work as Government Employee in Indonesia

This study aims to investigate the relationship between expectation and intention to work as a government employee among Public Administration students at Sriwijaya University. The study also explores the potential moderating effect of trust in bureaucracy on this relationship. Data were collected from 238 Public Administration students.
