Supporting Data for "Warming and Sea-Level Rise Transform Intertidal Sediment Temperature and Heat Dynamics"

This dataset accompanies the study “Warming and Sea-Level Rise Transform Intertidal Sediment Temperature and Heat Dynamics” and provides the full set of data and code required to reproduce the results. It includes meteorological forcing variables, water level (water height) and water temperature time series, and model simulation outputs for multiple future scenarios (Ld, Ln, Hd, Hn) representing contrasting climate warming and sea-level rise conditions for the year 2100. In addition, the repository contains all pre-processing and post-processing scripts used in the modelling workflow, enabling full reproducibility and facilitating application of the framework to other intertidal systems. Model outputs include spatially and temporally resolved sediment temperature fields and associated heat budget components. The dataset is structured to support reuse and extension, providing a transferable basis for investigating how climate change reshapes sediment thermal regimes in coastal environments.
