Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and infections are major obstacles to perform allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Previously, anti fungal therapy ameliorated graft-versus host disease after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Intestinal fungiome was evaluated using 18S ITS sequencing. Impacts of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and antibiotics administration on intestinal fungiome were evaluated.
