This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the influence of various leadership styles used in educational institutions on teachers' professional activity, career development and psychological environment. Goal-oriented, democratic and liberal leadership styles are comparatively studied, and the superiority of the human-factor-based approach is substantiated. The research findings show that the correct selection of a leadership style significantly increases teachers' professional satisfaction, creative activity and pedagogical effectiveness.
