The whole transcriptome sequencing was employed to characterize the expression profiles of mRNA, lncRNA, circRNA and miRNA during drought stress. A total of 12511 mRNAs, 59 miRNAs, 38 circRNA and 368 lncRNAs were identified to be significantly differentially expressed between the normal and drought-treated leaves of switchgrass.
