Bangladesh Groundwater Arsenic Dataset: 1,807 Samples across Seven Physiographic Zones

Geochemical dataset of 1,807 groundwater samples from 988 locations across all seven physiographic zones of Bangladesh, collected during dry and wet seasons. The dataset includes 45 features: 18 dissolved ions (mg/L), arsenic concentrations (µg/L), 8 field-measured parameters (pH, EC, TDS, DO, ORP, Salinity, Temperature, Turbidity), well depth, groundwater level, and geographic coordinates. Data quality was verified via charge balance error (CBE) flags. This dataset supports the machine learning analysis and hydrogeochemical modeling presented in the associated research paper.
