Code and data for: Predicting decay in functional diversity in plant communities under future climates

This study quantifies how projected climate change may alter plant community functional diversity by integrating trait data, realised climatic niches, and future climate projections for 32,996 plant communities. It estimates species exposure to novel climates, resulting functional diversity loss, and contrasts climate-driven versus random species loss across woody and non-woody growth forms.
