Transcriptome analysis of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) samples from nine participants, including three in the Ctrl group, three in the (stable angina) SA group, and three in the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) group, was performed. Overall design: We included 9 participants into our study: 3 healthy controls without coronary artery stenosis confirmed by coronary angiography, 3 patients diagnosed with stable angina, 3 patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome. PBMCs were isolated from whole blood samples of these patients. Total RNA was extracted from the PBMC samples. The integrity of the extracted RNA was assessed. For library construction, 1 μg of the total RNA was utilized. To remove rRNA, the RiboZero Magnetic Gold Kit was employed. Subsequently, the KAPA Stranded RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit was used to construct the RNA-sequencing library. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 system using the HiSeq 3000/4000 SBS kit (Illumina).
