Longjing tea classification dataset

This dataset is prepared for Longjing tea quality identification and classification by using computer vision. The dataset contains Longjing tea from three different origins: West Lake Zone （Wllj）, Qiantang Zone (Qtlj) and Yuezhou Zone (Yzlj). Longjing tea from each origin contains four grades, which are named 1-4 according to Arabic numerals. The tea grade of each image is judged by at least two experts. Small numbers represent high tea grade and good quality. The images in the dataset were captured using industrial camera under the same controlled environment. The label of every image is the folder name.

本数据集专为借助计算机视觉（computer vision）技术开展龙井茶品质识别与分级任务而构建。数据集涵盖来自三大不同产区的龙井茶：西湖产区（Wllj）、钱塘产区（Qtlj）与越州产区（Yzlj）。各产区的龙井茶均分为四个等级，以阿拉伯数字1至4命名。每张图像对应的茶叶等级均由至少两名专家共同评定，数字越小代表茶叶等级越高、品质越佳。数据集中的所有图像均在统一可控的环境下，通过工业相机（industrial camera）采集得到。每张图像的标签即为其所在文件夹的名称。
