Symplectic lattice gauge theories in the Grid framework: domain wall fermions and continuum extrapolations––data release
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw data, metadata, processed analysis summaries, and paper assets used to prepare the publication Symplectic lattice gauge theories in the Grid framework: domain wall fermions and continuum extrapolations.Included are: The raw MDWF log output, meson correlator files, Yang-Mills logs, and FFT-test output, in raw_data.zip. The archive expands to a top-level raw_data/ directory and includes a separate raw_data/README.md describing the raw-data layout. The ensemble metadata and workflow-selection flags used by the analysis, ensembles.csv. CSV files collecting the numerical results underlying the generated tables, plots, definitions, and equations:- single_ensembles_results.csv: per-ensemble metadata and measured observables used in the main tables and plots.- finite_volume_results.csv: finite-volume fit summaries for the pseudoscalar mass.- mres_N5_results.csv: residual-mass fit summaries as a function of the fifth-dimensional extent N5.- chipt_extrapolations_results.csv: chiral-continuum extrapolation fit summaries for the vector mass and pseudoscalar decay constant. Analysis-ready Wilson-fermion comparison data used in the continuum extrapolation plots, in external_data/wilson_fermions_data/. Generated plots, tables, equation inputs, and LaTeX definitions used by the manuscript, in assets/. The Snakemake workflow and Python analysis scripts used to regenerate the processed data and paper assets, in workflow/ and src/. More details can be found in README.md. Version history: v1.0: Initial release.
