Complete Mass Spectrometry Dataset and Analysis Files for Multi-Omics Characterization of Commercial Fetal Bovine Serum Quality

Description: This repository contains the complete raw data, processed files, and analysis outputs supporting the manuscript "Integrated Proteomics and Peptidomics Reveal Grade-Dependent Functional Divergence in Commercial Fetal Bovine Serum" by Akila Wijerathna-Yapa and Stanislav Sokolenko (Dalhousie University). Study Overview: Fetal bovine serum (FBS) is a critical but poorly defined supplement in mammalian cell culture.
