Analysis of liver RNA from SRSF3 hepatocyte knockout mice versus wild-type littermates

Livers from three SRSF3HKO mice and 3 wild-type littermates were used to analyze changes in exon utilization and gene expression. Two genotypes, three replicates each.本研究采用3只SRSF3HKO小鼠（SRSF3HKO mice）及3只野生型同窝仔鼠的肝脏组织作为实验材料，分析外显子利用（exon utilization）与基因表达的变化情况。实验设置两种基因型，每组各包含3个生物学重复。
