To elucidate the expression file under PRDM16 tubular specific knock out , we performed RNA-seq on kidney sample of UIRI model Ksp-cre/PRDM16flox/flox mice kidney with Cre activity or not We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of these kidney samples. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for UIRI kidney sample and UIRI kidney sample with PRDM16 tubular specific knock out.
