The Rental Registry is a Periodic Inspection Program of the Division of Code Enforcement (DOCE). Owners of any one- or two-family non-owner occupied dwellings rented or leased within the City of Syracuse are required to apply for and obtain a Rental Registry Certificate every 3 years.
