Medaka multi-tissue RNA-seq atlas

Processed data, analysis scripts, figures, tables and an interactive browser for an RNA-seq atlas of 11 adult tissues (brain, eye, gill, heart, intestine, kidney, liver, muscle, spleen, ovary and testis) of the medaka (Oryzias latipes) strain d-rR/TOKYO. Fish were sampled under two environmental contrasts in separate cohorts, salinity (freshwater versus seawater) and season (winter versus summer); the freshwater and summer groups also provide a contrast between laboratory and outdoor rearing. The archive contains gene-level TPM and estimated-count matrices for 24,488 genes across 90 libraries, differential expression tables for nine somatic tissues on three axes (27 tables), tissue-specificity indices, human ortholog annotations, sample metadata and the Medaka RNA-seq Dashboard, a self-contained HTML browser.
