资源简介:
As global populations age, exercise interventions play a vital role in promoting health among older adults. This study presents a bibliometric analysis of research trends in aerobic exercise (AE), resistance exercise (RE), and combined aerobic and resistance exercise (CARE) from 2015 to 2024. A total of 1,465 articles were retrieved from the Web of Science and analyzed using CiteSpace. Results showed RE had the highest research volume, peaking in 2019, while AE maintained steady output. CARE exhibited lower publication numbers but rapid growth. The United States, Brazil, and China were the top contributors, though international collaboration on CARE remains limited. Keyword analysis revealed AE focused on cardiovascular and cognitive outcomes, RE on muscle and nutrition, and CARE on fall prevention, chronic disease, and quality of life. The findings suggest a shift toward integrated exercise strategies, with CARE emerging as a promising direction for future research and healthy aging interventions.
