A dataset of internal wave amplitudes obtained by using multi-source remote sensing images, identifying internal waves with deep learning methods, and then calculating them using the EKdV method. The dataset provides the time, location, amplitude of each internal wave in northern South China Sea, and the corresponding changes in sea surface chlorophyll (the sea surface chlorophyll minus the climatology and the monthly average), as well as the file names and label names of the stripe sources.
