Turbidity in the Little Bear River at Mendon Road near Mendon UT, USA

This dataset contains turbidity observations for the Little Bear River at Mendon Road near Mendon, UT. The data were recorded every 30 minutes. Every 30 minutes, the sensor made 100 instantaneous observations. The median of the 100 instaneous observations was recorded. Observations were made using a Forest Technology Systems DTS-12 turbidity sensor connected to a Campbell Scientific datalogger. The sensor was installed in the stream on the upstream side of the bridge in the center of the channel. The data have been quality controlled, removing or interpolating obviously bad values. Values were recorded in NTU. The sensor was serviced and cleaned every two weeks during regular site visits.
