Hi-C files from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE143465 were subsampled and reprocessed to create small test files for R package development. These Hi-C files were then converted to .cool and .mcool files using hic2cool version 1.0.1.
