资源简介:
In this study, we inoculated maize with salt-tolerant bacteria isolated from Suaeda salsa root and rhizosphere soil and found that both the growth and salt resistance of maize were improved under salt stress. This experiment was divided into 5 treatments: control (non-saline soil); NaCl treatment (200 mM NaCl); BR68 treatment (200 mM NaCl + Providencia vermicola BR68); FS18 treatment (200 mM NaCl + Sarocladium kiliense FS18); MIX treatment (200 mM NaCl + Providencia vermicola BR68 + Sarocladium kiliense FS18, the total inoculum of these two strains was the same as the inoculum of the above treatment). 5 replicates per treatment. We collected maize rhizosphere soil and extracted bacterial and fungal DNA for high-throughput sequencing. The bacteria amplified the V4 segment of the 16S rRNA gene and fungi amplified the ITS1-2 segment. Here are high-throughput raw data from 25 bacterial samples, all sequences in the data are clean reads.
