数据来源于企业生产执行系统,公司汽车零部件生产线的实时数据采集,覆盖切削、冲压、热处理等核心工艺;公司质检中心的零部件质量检测流程,包括表面粗糙度仪、硬度测试仪等精密仪器的检测数据;还整合了智能电表和能源监测点的实时数据,精确到单台设备能耗计量,所有原始数据均是从企业内部系统中调出的,纸质数据证明为生产过程中记录的汽车零部件生产参数表,所有原始数据经过规则处理之后,形成数据集。
This dataset is sourced from the enterprise's Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including real-time data collected from the company's automotive component production lines, covering core manufacturing processes such as cutting, stamping, and heat treatment. It also incorporates test data from precision instruments including surface roughness testers and hardness testers generated during the component quality inspection procedures at the company's quality control center. Furthermore, real-time data from smart meters and energy monitoring points is integrated, with energy consumption metering precise to individual equipment units. All raw data was extracted from the company's internal systems, with paper records serving as supporting documentation for the automotive component production parameter logs documented during production. All raw data underwent rule-based processing to form this final dataset.
