When ICT Infrastructure Is Not Enough: The Parallel Learning Pathways Linking ICT Infrastructure to Public Employee Performance

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses collected from 530 public sector employees in Myanmar. The data were collected to examine the relationship between ICT infrastructure and employee performance, with particular attention to the mediating roles of ICT-enabled self-directed learning and ICT-enabled training. The dataset was used for quantitative analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). It is provided to support transparency and facilitate the understanding and potential verification of the research findings.
