Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of placenta/cord blood/saliva samples obtained from babies born by oocyte in vitro maturation (IVM) or in vitro fertilization (IVF). The Illumina Infinium EPIC Human DNA methylation Beadchip v1.2 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs. The main goal of this project was to find specific methylation profiles associated to use of IVM. Bisulphite converted DNA from the157 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium EPIC Human Methylation Beadchip
