Characterisation of soft wheat (Triticum aestivum) accessions under organic farming across Italy (2023–2025)

This dataset contains characterisation data for soft wheat (Triticum aestivum) accessions evaluated under organic farming conditions across different locations in Italy between 2023 and 2025. The trial was led by Rete Semi Rurali as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes agronomic characterisation data, including sowing date, commercial yield, cultivar information, and evaluation site.
