Summary statistics from epigenome-wide association studies and meta-analysis comparing APOE e4 and APOE e2 allele carriers in Generation Scotland

These datasets contain full summary statistics for epigenome-wide association studies (EWASs) carried out using two methylation samples from the Generation Scotland: Scottish Family Health Study to investigate associations between blood-based DNA methylation and APOE e4 vs. e2 carrier status. The two samples were termed the 'discovery' and 'replication' samples and a meta-analysis of the EWAS results from the two samples was performed.
