Scripts

This folder has all the necessary scripts to run the main analyses (supplementary analyses are provided in the supplementary_scripts folder). Goals of each script are in the preface of all scripts. The assumed working directory (stated in all scripts) is the home (i.e. project) folder unless otherwise indicated. Scripts to create/analyze data will follow the steps in their title, with additional separate scripts for plotting the manuscript figures.
