IMPROVING APPROACHES TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECTION OF SYMPHYSIOPATHIES DURING PREGNANCY

Symphysiopathies occurring during pregnancy are one of the pathologies that significantly reduce the quality of life of women, but are often underdiagnosed. According to various clinical observations, symphysiopathy is detected in 0.03–3% of pregnant women, and some sources note signs of symphysis dysfunction in 20–45% of pregnant women who present with pelvic pain. Symphysis dysfunction that is not detected in a timely manner leads to complications of the labor process, limitation of motor activity, and prolongation of the postpartum rehabilitation period. This thesis discusses modern approaches to diagnosing symphysiopathies during pregnancy, clinical and morphological criteria, and issues of improving non-drug and complex correction methods. The importance of early diagnosis and an individual approach is substantiated based on statistical data.
