TECHNOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING WRITING COMPETENCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN A BLENDED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

This study investigates the effectiveness of blended learning technologies in developing writing competence among university students in higher education institutions. The research examines methodological approaches, digital tools, and pedagogical strategies used in blended learning environments to improve students’ academic writing skills. The study highlights the role of learning management systems, collaborative writing tools, multimedia resources, and formative assessment in enhancing learners’ writing performance. The findings indicate that blended learning contributes significantly to students’ motivation, autonomy, critical thinking, and writing accuracy. The study concludes that integrating digital technologies with traditional classroom instruction creates an effective and flexible environment for writing development.
