The experiments were organized into four groups, using a total of 12 rotary burrs for 300 grinding operations, with each burr utilized for 25 operations. Within each group, robot speed and spindle air pressure were progressively increased during successive experimental steps. After grinding every four bars, tool wear was assessed through a dedicated test group experiment. Based on empirical analysis, two sets of process parameters were selected for an additional 25 grinding operations. A total of 350 aluminum alloy bars were processed, and both production and quality control data were recorded.
