This dataset is used for benchmarking causal structures generated by large language models (LLMs), and for comparing such structures against the results of traditional statistical methods applied on medical datasets. Additionally, this dataset enables validation of the consistency among Bayesian networks generated by LLMs, those manually extracted by domain experts, and those constructed via statistical methods. This task centers on probabilistic causal modeling.
