Massively parallel assay of generated ribozymes

This study aims to assay self-cleaving activity of the generated glmS ribozymes by RfamGen. Cleavage reaction was induced by ligand addition at 10 mM for various incubation time. Cleaved and uncleaved products were counted from sequence data followed by Bayesian kinetics estimation.
