资源简介:
This study aims to investigate the effects of particulate matter (PM) exposure and foam cell formation using lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) on the transcriptional profiles of RAW264.7 macrophages.Four experimental groups were analyzed using RNA sequencing:RAW264.7 cells treated with PBS for 24 hours as a control,RAW264.7 cells treated with PM for 24 hours,RAW264.7 cells treated with PM and LDL for 24 hours, andRAW264.7 cells treated with LPS and LDL for 24 hours.By analyzing RNA-seq data from cells treated with various conditions, the study seeks to uncover the molecular mechanisms involved in macrophage activation and foam cell development. The findings will provide insights into how environmental pollutants, like PM, contribute to macrophage-driven inflammatory responses and atherogenesis, which has implications for understanding cardiovascular diseases and related health conditions.
