Matthias Stepan has compiled the data and information in the period 2009-2013. It has been part of his dissertation project at VU University Amsterdam. 

The main source of the data are the respective yearbooks of the ministries (中国劳动和社会保障年鉴) section International cooperation and exchange (对外合作与交流).
