Integrated spatial/single-cell transcriptomics elucidates dual-specificity pathological programs in intracerebral hemorrhage

Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) mice and sham mice brain hematoma and peri-hematoma brain samples were dissociated into single-cell suspensions and run on the MobiNova platform. Reverse transcription, cDNA amplification and DNA library construction were performed and sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina, San Diego, USA). The FASTQ files were processed and aligned to GRCm39. scRNA-seq data quality control, normalization, and dimensionality reduction were performed using Seurat. Doublets were removed by DoubletFinder.
