Spanish bibliography. Monographs (2007-present)

The Spanish Bibliography of Monographs collects the bibliographic records of the books that enter the National Library through the Legal Depository. It contains bibliographic records of printed monographs and electronic resources of textual and multimedia content that are subject to legal deposit. It does not include early childhood and primary school textbooks or publications considered minor. On the one hand, the data are presented in original format (MARC and MARC-XML), ISO 2709: format of exchange and integration of bibliographic information in automated environments). And on the other hand, the data mapped in CSV, JSON, ODS, TXT and XML formats. To publish these data sets, a mapping of the records in our catalog, encoded at source in MARC format, has been done. For each type of record, a series of MARC fields and subfields to retrieve and display have been established, and a literal has been defined to describe the data being displayed. In addition, to respect the navigation functionalities of the Spanish Bibliography online, a number of specific fields have been established that help the filtering of records.《西班牙专著书目（Spanish Bibliography of Monographs）》收录通过法定呈缴机制进入西班牙国家图书馆的文献著录数据。其收录范围涵盖需遵守法定呈缴要求的印刷型专著，以及包含文本与多媒体内容的电子资源的文献著录数据，但不包含幼儿及小学阶段教材，或被认定为次要出版物的文献。 一方面，数据以原始格式发布：包括MARC（机读目录格式）、MARC-XML格式，以及ISO 2709——自动化环境下文献信息交换与整合的标准格式。另一方面，数据集还提供经映射转换后的CSV、JSON、ODS、TXT及XML格式版本。 为完成该数据集的发布工作，研究团队对馆藏中初始以MARC格式编码的文献著录数据开展了映射转换：针对每一类文献著录项，预先设定了用于检索与展示的MARC字段及子字段集，并为待展示的数据定义了对应的说明文字。此外，为保留西班牙专著书目在线平台的原有导航功能，还增设了一批专用字段以辅助文献记录的筛选工作。
