Sense-Dx Survey Dataset on Organizational Change

This dataset contains anonymized responses (N = 111) from a cross-sectional survey to study organizational change. The survey was distributed via LinkedIn and completed voluntarily. All direct identifiers have been removed; variables include Likert-scale items, demographic categories (e.g., role, industry, organization size), and characteristics of the focal change initiative. Access Conditions: Access to the dataset is restricted due to the sensitivity of organizational information. The anonymized data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
