Wildfires in Castilla y Leon Spain (2025-07-18)

On 18 July 2025 at 14:10 hours, a forest fire started in Navaluenga (Avila), Castilla y Leon. The fire was reactivated on several occasions, but as of 23 July 2025, it is under control and we do not expect it to be reactivated. The products generated by this activation will be used to assess the damage and to obtain a greater detail of the affected surface and vegetation. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to provide damage assessment emergency mapping.
