Antifungal Activity of Cell-Free Supernatant from Lactobacillus plantarum isolated from Pulicaria jaubertii Leaves in Rada'a, Yemen.

This dataset accompanies the research on Antifungal Activity of Cell-Free Supernatant from Lactobacillus plantarum isolated from Pulicaria jaubertii Leaves in Rada'a, Yemen. Contains complete experimental data including: - Raw data from antifungal assays (colony growth and inhibition zone measurements) - FT-IR spectral analysis identifying functional groups in the supernatant - Comprehensive statistical analysis (ANOVA, Tukey's HSD tests) - Original images of fungal growth and inhibition zones Methodology: Endophytic L. plantarum from Pulicaria jaubertii leaves, CFS preparation by centrifugation and filtration, antifungal assays using agar incorporation and well diffusion methods at concentrations 5%-30%. Key findings: Dose-dependent activity with 71.9% inhibition against A. fumigatus and 90% relative efficacy against C. albicans at 30% CFS concentration.
