In order to investigate chromatin accessibility of human T cells, we performed ATAC sequencing analysis usign human CAR-T cells. Overall design: Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells derived from two different healthy donors were retrovirally transduced wih an anti-CD19 car gene (FMC63-28z). CD8+ CAR-T cells were isolated after 1 week, and chromatin accessibility was analyzed by ATAC sequencing.
