visuotactile integration

This collection contains data collected in an experiment of visuo-tactile integration.
Participants sit with their hand underneath a touch screen and received mechanical tactile stimulations on their fingers (solenoids) in 5 positions: in 3 locations along the index finger (condition 'within finger') and on the fingertips of the index, middle and ring fingers (condition 'between finger'). Participants could not see their hands, but attended to visual stimuli (dots) appearing on the touch screen that could be spatially aligned or misaligned with the tactile stimuli.
Trials could be unisensory (only visual or only tactile) or multisensory (visuo-tacile) and at each trial participants were tasked to localize the stimuli by touching the screen.
