Basing KEGG annotation, pathways for As bioreduction were modeled in landfill, as well as As functional gene distribution among different As(V) contents at different landfill stages. Modules for C, N and S metabolism generally effected on As(V) resistance genes, thiosulfate oxidation, denitrification and dissimilatory nitrate reduction positively effected on arsC gene, while dissimilatory sulfate reduction and methanogenesis trended to take negative role.
