Structural analysis and comparison of known and candidate type 3 effectors

This repository contains all the data and scripts generated to perform a large scale structural comparison of known and candidate type 3 effectors using the FoldSeek tool (https://github.com/steineggerlab/foldseek). The avaialble structural models were downloaded from the AlphaFold Structure Database (https://alphafold.ebi.ac.uk/, version 4). This dataset was generated in the context of the DIME project (HDHL-INTIMIC 2017, https://www.healthydietforhealthylife.eu/project/dime) co-funded by the ANR (https://anr.fr/Project-ANR-17-HDIM-0001).
