To explore the circadian regulations of Bmal1, we examined the transcriptome changes in mouse livers upon Bmal1 knock out at two circadian time points, CT0 and CT12. To explore the circadian regulations of Nr1d1, we examined the transcriptome changes in mouse livers upon Nr1d1 knock out at two circadian time points, CT0 and CT12. To explore interactome of lnc-Crot, 4C-seq was performed with lnc-Crot as bait region at CT6 and CT18. RNA-seq of WT and KO at CT0 and CT12. 4C-seq at CT6 and CT18.

为探究Bmal1的昼夜节律调控机制,我们在CT0与CT12两个昼夜时间点下,检测了Bmal1基因敲除(knock out, KO)小鼠肝脏的转录组(transcriptome)变化;为探究Nr1d1的昼夜节律调控机制,我们同样在CT0与CT12两个昼夜时间点下,检测了Nr1d1基因敲除小鼠肝脏的转录组变化。为解析lnc-Crot的互作组(interactome),我们以lnc-Crot作为诱饵区域,在CT6与CT18两个时间点开展了4C-seq实验。本数据集涵盖CT0与CT12时间点下野生型(Wild Type, WT)与基因敲除型样本的RNA-seq数据,以及CT6与CT18时间点下的4C-seq数据。
