The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the host response to Influenza A pandemic wild-type H1N1 (A/California/04/2009), natural isolate virus. Sample data was obtained from human lung adenocarcinoma cells (Calu-3) with wild-type H1N1 virus (A/California/04/2009) and processed for mRNA, miRNA, proteomics, metabolomics, and lipidomics expression analysis.
