Integrated Chemical and Toxicity Screening of Tap Drinking Water across Western Oregon using Suspect and Non-Target Screening - Mass Spectrometry Data (Raw)

Drinking water quality is vital to public health, and contamination of drinking water sources can place millions of people at risk of exposure. In western Oregon, twelve public tap drinking water samples and one commercially bottled water sample were collected and analyzed via liquid chromatography high-resolution mass spectrometry, using two targeted extraction methods (solid phase extraction, and nitrogen evaporative extraction). Overall, 52 Level 1-2 confidence annotations were made across the dataset leading to 13 chemical confirmations. This dataset submission includes the raw liquid chromatography mass spectrometry data collected for this work.
