Human PBMCs were stained with fluorescently labelled and DNA-barcoded antigens and antibodies, sorted via FACS, and processed for single cell sequencing with the 10X Genomics Chromium Controller (5'VDJ kit with antigen barcode processing). The VDJ and antigen libraries were sequenced on the Novaseq (Illumina).
