资源简介:
This study investigates the impact of a novel magnetic Fe3O4@urease-doped nanoconjugate on the composition and activity of silkworm gut bacteria, proposing a biotechnological strategy to optimize sericulture. Utilizing a combination of magnetic properties and enzyme activity, the nanoconjugates effectively target specific bacterial populations within the gut microbiome, promoting beneficial microorganisms while inhibiting pathogenic strains. Through a series of in vivo experiments, we observed a substantial alteration in the gut bacterial community structure. The modulation of gut bacteria correlated with enhanced digestion and nutrient absorption, leading to a remarkable improvement in silk yield and pupae quality. This innovative approach not only holds the potential for optimizing sericulture practices but may also pave the way for sustainable and efficient agricultural strategies in insect farming leaves from the perspective of microbiome analysis and transcriptomics.
